Pacific tree frog

Hyla regilla

Description:

spotted tree frog

Habitat:

Winter-flooded oak forest bottomland in the Willamette Valley.

Notes:

The black band across the eye & small size & habit indicate a tree frog, but the spotted green variation seems unique to this area.
