Ys, this is Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, ter Chinese hibiscus, introduced to Galapagos as an ornamental and with a tendency to be invasive. Note that the Darwin Foundation, jointly with the Galapagos National Park offers to Galapagos residents help in developing ornamental gardens using only indigenous plants.
