So many plant/tree hopers. Do they all have the same name or each individual have their own scientific name?

Hahaha....Adarsha, I got this small garden where I used to grow veggies, I let it go and it grew all kinds of weeds, pamsai and I were checking it for bugs and we found lots of Plant-hoppers, most of them were the blue and orange but there were also the other kinds...Should I open a Plant-hopper Pet Shop??!!
