Beautiful find!
The lack of light spots on the thorax and abdomen as well as the large amount of blue on the hind wings are more consistent with a dark phase, female Eastern Tiger Swallowtail. Please take a look at all of the links I have provided to compare images. http://bugguide.net/node/view/491
