Sialia sialis
Small plump songbirds with a short black bill. Females are grayish above with bluish wings and tail, and a subdued orange-brown upper breast that gives way to white.
Spotted at the edge of a semi forested area at Boggy Point Landing. Eastern bluebirds tend to live in open country.

Thank you so much for your kind words Zlatan and Sukanya. I know I was lucky it gave me a gave me a chance to photograph it.
Such a pleasing combinations of colours on the plumage and the background...such a crisp and clear series of shots. Very obliging of the bird...mine turn their heads away at the very moment that i press the shutter...so frustrating! Thanks for sharing.
Lovely shots Brian.
