Description:

This is a male with small black eye-patch, golden-yellow head and body with largely black wings containing a yellow carpal patch, and a yellow and black tail, as opposed to a female who has yellowish green upper parts , brownish-olive wings, yellow rump, brownish-olive tail with yellow corners. Song is a loud , fluty 'wheela-whee-oh'. Call is harsh, loud 'trick-----trick-----trick'.

Habitat:

moist deciduous canopy in university campus.
