Blue Discs

Chlorociboria sp.

Description:

Small blue discs about 3 mm wide growing scattered in a hollow of a decaying tree trunk. Some were distorted because of crowding and some discs had a short stipe.

Habitat:

Seen in a eucalyptus tree hollow.

Notes:

Class: Leotiomycetes Order: Helotiales
