Thanks Alice for the suggestion. I've Wiki this plant and it is very similar to Bangalow Palm or King Palm (Archontophoenix cunninghamiana) but I'm not too sure.
I belive this is called the Inflorescense and certain animals eat these nuit like fruits. At least my squirrels do in Florida.
