A fresh patch of ragged, toothy bracket fungi about 50cm long on the south side of a medium sized eucalyptus.

Habitat:

Tall rain forest national park. Dandenong Ranges NP.

Notes:

I agree with Marta - my first thought was that they looked like living stalactites. Wonderful spotting and series!
