It is a common mistake that people think that Rafflesia Flower is Corpse Flower. Scientific name for Corpse Flower is Amorphophalllus titanum. Have a look at my spotting at http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/809... :)

Rafflesia's are always worth it!

no problem, yea, there was a branch lying on it when we found it. It was a long days trek but worth it, I'd do it again

thanks for the reference Paul. this rafflesia looks like its about to open or is having trouble opening. sometimes a branch falls on the bud whiles its developing and causes problems.
