It does resemble that but I'm not sure if they are found in Thailand.

I think alice is right but still not too close to ID. I don't see any mealybug destroyers that look like this. I did come across this interesting link, about a slightly similar looking insect.

Do you mean Mealy Bug destroyer because Mealy bugs themselves are not like that.?
