small insect, seemed to leave a white powder behind




sorry for the one blurry photo but I had to put it up for a better look at this strange insect. spotted this hiking in Thaleh Ban National park in southern Thailand

It does resemble that but I'm not sure if they are found in Thailand.

I think alice is right but still not too close to ID. I don't see any mealybug destroyers that look like this. I did come across this interesting link, about a slightly similar looking insect.

Do you mean Mealy Bug destroyer because Mealy bugs themselves are not like that.?
