It's Erythronium oregonum, Gordon, the one you linked to is native to eastern North America, this would be its PNW cousin.
Perhaps Oregon Fawn Lily or White Fawn Lily? This plant has mottled leaves at or near the base of the flower stem while trilliums--which admittedly look a lot like this plant--have unmottled leaves higher up the stem.
