Thank you Jellis and SukanyaDatta. I thought the Palawan horned frog is smaller and plainer in the chest and can be found in lower elevation specially near swamps and rivers. I found this one on the mossy forest near the mountain peak kilometers away from the nearest water. I uploaded another photo, this one have a better view of the chest.
