Western Gull

Larus occidentalis

Description:

This immature gull was quite demanding, yelling for food. The adult female is white with dark gray wings with black tips. There is an orange spot on the bottom bill.

Habitat:

Rocky shoreline at Point Lobos Ecological Reserve
