While study comparison I find in your spotting and in my field guide flowers has 4 or 5 Sepals.
Tarenna asiatica find in India and at Western Ghat

It does look like it could be Tarenna. Any idea on the species? The ones I looked at were endemic to India or Africa but I guess it's possible one ended up in Cambodia. Could have been planted...
