Spotting

Description:

The flower looks similar to wild garlic but the leaves are different. Also, I think there may actually be two plants in the photo; both having white flowers. The leaves on the flower stalk don't match the leaves in the small bush beneath it. The leaves of the bush are smooth and remind me of a balm of some kind.

Habitat:

These plants were located in the shrubland of Northwestern New Mexico within a dense Ponderosa Pine woodland near the Cibola National Forest
