Thanks Marianne, they grow very tall and yes all the flowers' bow down.

Well... mine looks similar. Might not be the exact same thing but I wonder if it's related. Her flowers were more bell shaped and hung downward.

I just photographed some of this in my neighbor's yard the other day. It's hanging from her trees. I've never seen it before. I'll post it in a spotting next.
