Female (blue cap instead of golden!) has a characteristic stubby bill. Feeds mostly on fruits (chiefly mistletoe) and also some insects.

Habitat:

Seen here near to La Paz waterfall. Most often seen in the tops of trees in cloud forests and surrounding areas..
