Jumping Spider

Notes:

Not quite like the other spiders I often see here. Hope someone could help me ID this little thing. This'll be my last spotting for now. Will be away for a vacation. Hope to bring back more interesting spottings when I get back.

Hi elapj, in the ID Suggestion that I sent, if you visit the link you will see hundreds of Phintella spiders and they do not all look like yours. If you scroll down (quite a lot), you will eventually see some that do look like yours. It might be quicker to look at https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/41........

This is one of the jumping spiders. They are sight hunters and don't use webs, although they will lay down a silk dragline just in case they fall. Very fun to watch and my favorite spiders. However, there are something like 4000 species worldwide.
