Lion

Panthera Leo

Description:

This lion is a female clearly stated by the fact that it does not have a mane. The specific female lion is very healthy based on its appearance. The coat is beautiful and it shines in the sun this was an amazing sight for me too see.

Habitat:

To optimize their hunting ability they often hunt in long grass but have been sighted under trees for shade and in sub forests.

Notes:

One thing that you do not always notive on lions is just how big they actually are their very big and their jaws could easily wrap your head. The lions life span is 12 years in the wild and 20 years in captivity on average. Humans are omnivores therefore our teeth are not built to tear of huge pieces of meat, but in the case of the lion all 30 of there pearly whites are specifically made work together to disable and tear prey apart. As for there claws they can rip flesh to threads.
