Japanese Tree Frog

Hyla japonica

Habitat:

The species is distributed from Hokkaidō to Yakushima in Japan and from Korea along the Ussuri River to northeastern China. These tree frogs are commonly found in rice paddies and rest during the day on rice leaves and other broad leaved vegetation during the early evening they are active and go to lights to catch bugs that are attracted to the lights.

Sat tucked in beside my air-conditioning unit for days!

Believe it or not, this is the same species as the other green Japanese tree frog spotting you have. They can change color to grey/brownish for protection. See the link below:
