Could be something like Clematis ochroleuca - http://clematisviorna.info/clematis_ochr.... Not all Clematis flowers are large and showy. Try googling small flowered Clematis. It looks like there are at least a couple of species in cultivation.

OK...it's a Clematis and the other shot is the fruit (or seed heads), I'm pretty sure.
