Stink Bug

Description:

I was climbing over the fence at our front yard under a tall mango tree when i happened to notice this colorful insect. Probably a rare species of Stink Bug (Family Pentatomidae) and being attacked by Weaver Ants tearing and carrying parts from it.

Habitat:

Perhaps fruit trees and vegetation

Notes:

Very rare in our area.
