Habitat:

wide range of wetlands, but avoiding dense forest

Notes:

Amboseli ecosystem is rely on Mt Kilimanjaro nearby. It is the highest mountain in Africa with seasonal fluctuating ice cover. Some ice melt seasonally and water drains down to the Amboseli swamp area, supporting large number of animals especially birds. Poorly news said the ecosystem may be threatened by climate change since ice lessen, less water melts to drain to the swamp...
