Spotting

Description:

This one has a pair of long antennae, three times its body length, a pair of prominent eyes, yellow wings with a clear black band across mid body and finally the wings end with a dark translucent part. Body length: 15 mm.

Habitat:

Mixed forests of pines, cherry, bamboo and others. Cool to warm place. Altitude: 1,700 m.

Notes:

This moth had visited our terrace light. From the description, it appears like an Adelidae.
