Unnamed spotting

Looks like a morel but I don't thunk it is. One mire sprouted since yesterday

If you batter and fry a morel I'll bet your opinion for them changes! I don't like most culinary mushrooms either!

Sadly I do not care for mushrooms. It's still there though

Dip that big guy in some locally farmed eggs, and cover in seasoned flour.
