Description:

De petite taille comme les mesanges (chickadee) avec une tache rouge sur la tete . Son bec parait solide , plus imposant que celui des mesanges . Ses plumes sont comme zebrers de brun et de gris-beige.

Habitat:

Moi je les vois au parc ou une mangeoire

Notes:

C' est etrange qu ' ils se laissent dominer par les mesanges , meme si leurs becs est plus imposant ... ? Territoire, mangeoire ?

We had a red poll sighting in California!! Rare Sight for us. Lovely bird! and that too on ice.

Très belle photo. Ces oiseaux sont parmi mes préférés, mais on les voit seulement dans le Minnesota en hiver et dans de nombreux hivers, ils n'ont même jamais été dans le sud du Minnesota. Je vais avoir Google Translate convertir en français, donc ne suis pas sûr de savoir comment elle est précise. J'ai l'habitude de les trouver dans la forêt boréale.

Very nice shot. These are among my favorite birds, but we see them only in Minnesota in winter and in many winters they never even get to southern Minnesota. I'm having Google Translate convert this to French, so am not sure how accurate it is. I usually find them in boreal forest.
