Portulacaria afra

Description:

Portulacaria afra is a small-leaved succulent plant found in South Africa. These succulents usually have reddish or brown stems and light green leaves.

Habitat:

It Is found in warm climates on the rocky slopes of bushveld and dry river valleys in the eastern parts of South Africa from the Eastern Cape northwards into KwaZulu-Natal, Swaziland, Mpumalanga and in Limpopo.
