Approximately 20 cm long, bright turquoise belly (male?)

Habitat:

Found in paris mountain park on the side of a hiking trail.

It is whichever species of spiny lizard (Scleroporus) you have there. Possibly the Eastern Fence Lizard, Scleroporus undulatus.
