These are 2 plants, the white flower and the red leaf. The white flower is very common, and the red leaf is red because it doesn't have chlorophyll or it's other colour pigments are masking it's green colour.

Habitat:

The white flower is found in the wild as well as at most houses. The red leaf can be spotted in playgrounds or gardens.
