Grasshopper

Description:

Grasshopper with black spots and yellow, red and black colors. The antennae have stripes.

Habitat:

I found it on small plants in our shady area, though this could be a wide ranging grasshopper.

Notes:

It looks like a grasshopper though it's head appears smaller. Today I took another picture from a different angle so the head can be seen better. 5-13-2011.
