Poor thing! Bats don't normally just "fall", Unless they are weakened or otherwise sick. NEVER pick up a downed bat without thick leather gloves. Call the Fish and Wildlife folks (or your state equivalent..) and they'll deal with it. If it's just an injury, they have rehabbers who can take care then release it. If it's ill, most likely it will be humanely euthanized. :(
