Description:

Gorgeous orange-brown mushroom with a fantastically textured, shaggy, dry cap. The stem was also shaggy, except for the apex, which was bald and white. The cap had an inrolled margin and cream colored gills.

Habitat:

This mushroom is saprobic and was growing on a fallen, rotting tree.
