I don't know either. Maybe the one in the first and last photo is a juvenile.
The middle photo definitely looks like it could be. I'm not sure how much variation or sexual dimorphism there is in the crest of spines that runs along the back

it's definitely an iguana, not a monitor. Sadly I don't know much about Central and South American lizards
