Yeah, definitely a Fuschia. Gina, did you know that Fuschia blooms are edible? I've eaten a few myself. They're kind of bitter but not terrible. Maybe good in a salad. At my work we grow Fuschias into standards, which are like small little trees with one main stalk and a head of foliage and flowers. Looks really neat done this way.
