It is def a Blue Morpho The difference when looking at the two is that the N. Pearly eye has four "eyes" on its top wing a large one in the middle and 4 more "eyes" on the bottom, the Blue Morpho has 3 "eyes" top large middle "eye" and three on the bottom,

I agree with RosemaryDutraDuncan. This looks like a Blue Morpho. Maybe an escape from a butterfly house. Definitely not a Northern Pearly Eye.
