Thymus vulgaris

Description:

Thymus vulgaris is a native herb of Mediterranean region with many medical properties and it can be consumed as tea. Also thyme is widely used to Greek cuisine because it adds a perfect taste and odor to meals. Furthermore, thyme is don’t needs much of fertilizers and water for its growth. Older people used to collect it from mountains during spring but now it’s available to supermarkets. These are the two main reason why more and more people choose to cultivate it .
