Hi -- I would suggest this is a Leaf eating beetle (Family Chrysomelidae; probably genus Paropsis) rather than a Ladybug Coccinellidae.

Ladybeetle adults and larvae are predacious, in particular on aphids whereas Chrysomelids can be pest leaf eating beetles.
