Light purple flowers sprouting from short stems and held within thick (succulent) and hairy leaves in grassy slopes of temperate climate.
Flowers seen in grass covered high grounds in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, India. These areas are frosted in spring and snow covered in winter.
I suggest a new mission 'Himalayan flora' and and 'Life in Hot and Cold Deserts'
