Stropharia rugosoannulata var. lutea
Stropharia rugosoannulata var. lutea is the yellow form of Stropharia rugosoannulata. Caps are yellow to yellowish-brown, 5-15 cm wide, dry, smooth and sometimes cracked with age. The gills are attached, white at first, turning grayish-lilac to purple-black with maturity. The stipe is whitish, discoloring yellow to brown and with white rhizomorphs at the base.
Saprobic, scattered or in groups on wood chips, mulch, gardens and woodland borders.
Spotted on woodchips on a berm in rural area of Deventer, Holland.

Thanks again, Michel for providing an ID and extra information.
That is not a 'torq', or Agaricus bitorquis. The 'torq' very much resembles the Button Mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), but it is easily distinguished by its 'double ring'. Here's my spotting of A. bitorquis: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/156...
The ones on your photo are called Stropharia rugosoannulata var. lutea, which is quite rare in the Netherlands. Or it has never been accepted as a taxonomically significant taxon in the Netherlands, since it is not mentioned on Verspreidingsatlas.nl.
