King Stropharia var. lutea

Stropharia rugosoannulata var. lutea

Description:

Stropharia rugosoannulata var. lutea is the yellow form of Stropharia rugosoannulata. Caps are yellow to yellowish-brown, 5-15 cm wide, dry, smooth and sometimes cracked with age. The gills are attached, white at first, turning grayish-lilac to purple-black with maturity. The stipe is whitish, discoloring yellow to brown and with white rhizomorphs at the base.

Habitat:

Saprobic, scattered or in groups on wood chips, mulch, gardens and woodland borders.

Notes:

Spotted on woodchips on a berm in rural area of Deventer, Holland.

That is not a 'torq', or Agaricus bitorquis. The 'torq' very much resembles the Button Mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), but it is easily distinguished by its 'double ring'. Here's my spotting of A. bitorquis: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/156...
The ones on your photo are called Stropharia rugosoannulata var. lutea, which is quite rare in the Netherlands. Or it has never been accepted as a taxonomically significant taxon in the Netherlands, since it is not mentioned on Verspreidingsatlas.nl.
