Description:

Spotted here is a female butterfly. The upper side of the wings are orange in colour and the pattern of spots are dark brown.

Habitat:

Spotted near one of its local larval food plants, Flacourtia jangomas. It was freely flying around and resting on the leaves of Flacourtia jangomas while eventually laying eggs.
