looks like poppy to me - double flowered, very nice, never seen one of those

I haven't seen one with that type of flower but it might be P. rhoeas or P. orientale. It might be a double flowered type nearing the end of its days. Most poppies flower early spring, they don't like the heat.

from what I can see, I'd say poppy, Papaver sp.
but need to see more of the bloom and plant foliage to get a more accurate ID.
do you have any more photos of it?
