This one is from the same place:

What is it? Could it be saffron too? I am very bad identifying plants :p
what a interesting information Sergio!, I never could imagine that safron could be in 'la sierra de las nieves' I had not idea!
I'm not sure what species it is, but I think that if it isn´t Crocus sativus it is from the same genus. Maybe it is Crocus nudiflorus (wild safron), I don´t know but this species can be found in autumn (september - october) in high mountain pastures and forest clearings.
Thank you very much everyone for your help.
I think that is not Safron, I was with Sergio that day and this flower was in a forest at about 1000 m. The price of Safron is very high but I don't think that the flower can be found so high
The South of Spain is a place where they cultivate saffron and yes, is very expensive. Is amazing to see how people takes out the filaments from the flowers.
