It is Clerodendrum paniculatum L. (pagoda flower)

The lobed leaf margins are a key feature (C. speciosissimum has heart shaped leaves).

looked up paniculatum sp. - Clerodendrum speciosissimum looks most like it :)

Its South Asia's own plant so it is available everywhere naturally. You shoot it exactly around its original locations.

thanks Ashish! I was planted as a "fence" at the botanical garden in singapore. so it truly is planted as an ornamental plant
