One variety of ground cover type rose bushes. Usually covered in clusters of five to eight peach to pink colored roses.
I would risk a guess that Tea or Hybrid Tea roses were uses during the breeding of this one
Yes it does have a very very light fragrance, however it is part of the relatively new class of ground cover roses.
If it is fragrant then its tea rose...
