Plant is about 2-3 feet tall, flowers are about 1/2 to 1 inch long. Grows in shade if fairly moist (for Utah) area.

Boraginaceae for sure
looks like a kind of Cynoglossum (- dogstongue?)
Is it a Flowering Aloe plant?
