I totally take back what I just said, those may be frog eggs, I am having a hard time putting my finger on exactly what they are.

Definately the right category, they kind of look like Ambystomatid eggs. In Indiana, you have the Jefferson's and a hybrid of Jefferson's and Blue-Spotted....but I'm not sure on the eggs. Just a guess.
