Description:

Pretty little butterfly that looked light blue as it was flying. This was the only photo I was able to get. The body was about 10mm long or 1/2".

Thank you StirredMocha and Marta! That makes sense that it looked blue while flying, since the upper side of the wings were blue. It just wouldn't sit still for me to see them.
