what did they grow into, cucumber, melon or squash?
Once I had some gourd seeds sprout in a compost pile (they could be gourds, same family). They grew so well...much better than any I tried to cultivate. Good luck...maybe you can add pics to the series as they grow.
It's growing from my compost. I'm tempted to let it grow out.
Looks like a squash or cucumber seedling...
