Description:

A large Trailing vine / perennial legume that grows several metres long over surrounding vegetation. It has a large but shallow root system. Its stems are cylindrical or angular and densely hairy. flowers are 1 cm long, pink to bluish in color. A bug can be seen taking a rest inside the flower.

Habitat:

shrubland

Notes:

Is a larval feeding plant of the Indian cupid butterfly (Chilades parrhasius)
